At Living Rose Christian Assisted Living in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, we provide compassionate, all-inclusive care designed to meet the unique needs of every resident. Our small, home-like environment ensures personal attention while offering a full range of services — from daily assistance with personal care to 24/7 nursing oversight and transportation to medical appointments. Every service is included in your monthly rent, giving you and your family peace of mind with no hidden costs.
1. Rent is all-inclusive – Rent price includes all meals, incontinent supplies, and additional assistance such as help with dressing, hands-on assistance with walking, transportation, and medication management.
2. Paid utilities
3. Assistance with personal care – dressing and grooming. For example, suppose a resident needs help with dressing but can undress. In that case, we will allow the resident to undress to remain as independent as possible and then provide assistance with dressing.
4. Medication management
5. Around-the-clock nursing supervision provided by CNAs and an R.N. consultant
6. A medical doctor consultant who is available 24/7
7. Coordination of home health visits and therapies
8. Incontinence management – Incontinence care is provided at no extra cost. Bladder and bowel training is provided at no additional charge.
9. Scheduled transportation – Transportation to and from medical appointments included in the rent.

12. All toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, etc.)

14. Scenic car rides – Weekly drives with all residents in a comfortable, fun limousine. Drives are scenic, typically one hour long, and include routes along nearby country roads. And no ride is complete without a stop by one of our favorite ice cream shops!
15. Menu – three organic meals, two daily snacks, and a high fiber/protein diet. Water drinking is encouraged to decrease the risk of infection, constipation, and dehydration.
16. Daily activities – Daily exercise plans, Bible studies, birdwatching. Residents spend most of their day in the community living room and together with meals in the dining room. Each resident has their own reclining chair with a side table and personal items on the table, including family photos.

- For every five residents, there is one certified nurse aid to assist.
- Rent rates are locked. For example, if a resident starts when rent is $5,000 per month, and rates increase to $5,500, that resident will always pay $5,000 no matter the amount the rent increases for new residents.
- Residents can age in place, meaning if daily routines become increasingly more challenging for your loved one, they may stay in the home and additional resources such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and hospice may be called in as prescribed by their physician.
- We have an open door policy where families are encouraged to drop-in any time they’d like.
